Privacy policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This policy explains what information AI Sahayogi (“we”) collects through this website and through AI Sahayogi, our AI customer-service service, and how we use it.
This website
- Demo requests: your name, organisation, e-mail, phone (optional), type of organisation, expected chat volume and message. We use them to reply to you and to prepare a demo.
- Cookies: this website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Chat button: if you use the chat on this site, your messages are handled as described under “AI Sahayogi” below.
AI Sahayogi
Organisations that use AI Sahayogi (our customers) decide what their assistant knows and who on their team can see conversations. For conversations with their customers, the organisation is responsible for its own use of the information and we process it on its behalf.
- Account information: names, e-mail addresses and roles of the organisation’s staff, and billing details for the organisation.
- Conversations: messages exchanged with the assistant and with staff, the language, the channel used, any contact details a customer chooses to give, satisfaction ratings and hand-over reasons.
- Payments: payments are made through Khalti, eSewa, Stripe or bank transfer. We keep the plan, amount, date and the provider’s reference. We never receive or store card numbers.
The AI model
Answers are written by Claude AI models from Anthropic. Before a message is sent to the model, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and card numbers are masked. Customers are told at the start of each chat that they are talking to an AI.
Who can see information
- The organisation’s own staff, according to their roles.
- Our staff, when needed to run, support or secure the service.
- Service providers who help us run it: hosting, the AI model provider, e-mail delivery and the payment providers, each only for their part.
We don’t sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep an organisation’s information while its account is active. An organisation can ask us to export or delete its data; when an account is closed we delete its data, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Your choices
If you chatted with an organisation that uses AI Sahayogi, contact that organisation first about your information. You can also contact us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
